I use MicrosoftAuthenticator (a blue padlock and a human icon on a white background),
Authentication code (6-digit number) for multi-factor authentication is no longer displayed
回答
Make sure that the house-shaped icon called Authnticator is selected at the bottom left of the screen of the app.
If you tap it and a screen that has already been set appears, there is no problem.
If the screen is still not set and you are prompted for initial registration,
settings seem to be gone
(Erasing apps, changing models, etc.)
In that case, data transfer or re-registration is required.
